From the beginning, we are honest and upfront with our clients, and our goal is not to promise a fairytale but to do everything we can to raise their chances for the greatest possible results.

All our recommendations are based on more than 15 years of matching people. The Diolli team will introduce male clients to ladies who match their search criteria, long-term goals, and values and can choose the client in return for all the right reasons. We don’t just organize dates; we allow men to meet the right woman and build a strong connection with her.

Now for the good news! After our initial interview, we will give you honest feedback on your expectations and how you should work with them. We do not start the matchmaking process with every potential client because we don’t give empty promises we can’t fulfill. Svitlana is the Founder, leading matchmaker, and one of our premier dating coaches at Diolli.com since 2008. Her personal blog can be found here: Svetlanamukha.com. She is also the Founder of Paradisedate.com.ua, a dating agency started in 2008, the Founder of the Premium Festival for Women Kablooks.com, and the Creator of the educational platform for cupids Cupidonduty.com. Svitlana is the owner of the educational website, Ukrainecitytours.com which focuses on Ukraine and Ukrainian culture. In addition, Svitlana keeps busy hosting a video blog on TikTok. Svitlana is the co-author of the book “Secrets to drama free love” and the author of the books: “7 principles of the brand-woman” (rus, ukr), “The 8th principle of the brand-woman” (rus, ukr), “Nothing personal, just love” (rus, ukr), “Nothing personal, just marriage” (rus, ukr), and “The 6th heart”. Katerina has been the Executive Director at Diolli.com since 2015, and the official face and host of the Premium Festival for Women Kablooks.com since 2017. Katerina knows how to turn the client’s negative experience into a positive and romantic one. Yuliia Syrotenko, MA

Yuliia Syrotenko, psychologist at Diolli.com, founder and main organizer of speed dating events at happyway.date since 2015. Education: Master’s degree in Psychology. Work experience: child psychologist, family counselor, ABA therapist, organizer and host of speed dating events. Languages: Ukrainian, Russian, English. Favorite motto: “When you truly want to do something, you don’t need extra motivation. Wanting to do it is already motivation,” and “Everyone wants a ‘good husband,’ but few are willing to be a good wife” (E. Fromm). Interesting fact: My first degree was in Systems Engineering. Five years at the University of Radio Electronics convinced me that I don’t want to work with machines — I love working with people much more.

Tetiana Babchuk, MBA

Tetiana has been the designer and in-house illustrator at Diolli.com since 2019. She knows how to turn any idea into an illustration. Tatiana is responsible for the daily dating-related jokes on our Instagram. Education: Masters Degree in Ecology. Work experience: Retail and Office Management. Language skills: Russian, Ukrainian, and is improving her English. Favorite Motto: “Use every chance as it is the last one” – Henry Ford. Fun fact: Tetiana likes to experiment with her hair color.
